Established in 2015, Newcastle Sub Floor Ventilation is a locally owned family business. Backed by the team from Perimeter Pest Control (one of Newcastle’s most recommended pest control businesses), we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service while ensuring our clients homes and businesses remain safe and protected.

Our service operates in the greater Newcastle area, Port Stephens and the Lower Hunter Valley. We are Fully Licensed, Insured and all staff have completed both Police and Working with Children Checks.

We are big on safety for our staff, clients, children and pets. We don’t use cheap ineffective products. We invest in the highest quality products and install them as per manufacturer instructions, to ensure the best protection for you, your home and your family.

My Dad was a small business owner who run a successful business for over 30 years. His moto was "Take care of your customers and they will take care of you".

I now value the same mindset as a business owner and I work hard to provide for my family.
